At Sleepeezee we do not offer a sleep trial. We firmly believe that almost 100 years of mattress manufacturing speaks for itself.

Should you decide within 14 days of delivery that Jack is not for you, you can contact us and we can arrange a refund, but please note that Jack must be unused and in original packaging. If the plastic has been punctured and the item is no longer sealed, we cannot accept a return. No seal no deal.

All Jack orders are processed the following business day and collected by our chosen delivery partners the day after that. We use a 24 hour express service so Jack should be at your door in 3 business days – however please do allow up to 5 business days before contacting us.

Yes! Provided you entered the correct email address upon ordering, you will receive an email from our delivery partner the day they expect to collect your order from us. Within that email you will have a tracking link. Please note that the tracking link will go live AFTER the item has been collected.

Sadly our delivery partners are unable to come into your home, and will deliver to your front door. The joy of Jack is that is comes rolled and packed in a box with easy carry handles.

As Jack is delivered by a delivery partner we are unable to remove your old mattress as this is not a service they offer.

We know, a new mattress is exciting, and you can use Jack immediately but we would allow a couple of hours to give him time to grow.

Jack should take 2-6 hours to grow to the right size, but of course he has been tightly wrapped so sometimes it can take a little longer. Please allow 72 hours to give Jack time to reach full size. If you don’t believe he has done so, please contact our Customer Services team.

Nothing wrong here, products containing foam can have a tendency to smell initially, and Jack has been vacuum sealed, keeping that smell locked in tight! Give him a couple of days and that smell should be a distant memory.

We get it, your new mattress has arrived, you’re excited to go to bed, and then you wake with a couple of unusual aches. It is not uncommon to experience some discomfort when first sleeping on a new mattress – please don’t be alarmed though, it is generally accepted that it can take 4-6 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
